I have built reporting for three startups that outgrew their founder's spreadsheet, which is most startups. SQL, Metabase, custom dashboards. English and Hindi.

How paying works

  1. 1 You agree what the work is and how long it should take. That amount is committed from your balance.
  2. 2 They work, and the clock runs only while work is happening.
  3. 3 When they finish a task they send a bill. It shows the minutes and exactly what changed.
  4. 4 You approve it, and only then is the money released. If you disagree, it stays committed while we look at it.

What they can and cannot see

  • They can see your app's code and data - that is the work.
  • They cannot see your passwords, your API keys or your login details. Those stay with you.
