Terms of Service

1. The service

AppHandle lets you describe an app in plain language, and our AI agent builds and hosts it for you. By using AppHandle, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You're responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• You must be old enough to use an online service in your country.
• One person — one account. Sharing accounts isn't allowed.

3. Your apps and content

The apps you build and the data they store are yours. You're responsible for what your apps do and for having the rights to any content you upload. You grant us the limited right to host, run, and serve your apps to make the service work.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use AppHandle to:

• Build apps that are unlawful, harmful, or infringe others' rights.
• Circumvent or interfere with the service, its limits, or its security.
• Attempt to access another user's private apps or data.
• Automate or scrape the service beyond its intended use.

5. AI-generated output

Apps are generated by AI and may contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing what your app does before sharing it, especially where mistakes could cause harm. The output belongs to you, subject to the terms of the AI models used.

6. Payments

Billing is coming soon. When payments open, you'll pay either a flat rate (bringing your own AI key) or per-use (AppHandle models). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Availability

We work to keep AppHandle available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Your apps can be exported at any time.

8. Our liability

AppHandle is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the apps you build.

9. Termination

You can stop using AppHandle and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your apps can be downloaded until removed.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
