Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run AppHandle: your account details (name, email), the apps you build, and the data your apps store. When you bring your own AI key, we store that key encrypted and use it only to run your coding sessions.

2. How we use your data

  • To build, host, and serve the apps you create.
  • To run the AI agent that builds your apps, using the model providers you choose.
  • To communicate about your account, the product, and billing.

We do not sell your personal data. We never use your app's data to train models.

3. App data

The records your apps store belong to you. They are isolated per app and per user, and are only accessible to people you grant access to. You can delete records or an entire app at any time.

4. Bring-your-own-key

If you connect your own AI provider key, it is stored encrypted and used only for your sessions. Requests you make through your key are sent to the provider you chose, under their terms and privacy policy.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the third parties required to operate the service (hosting, databases, AI model providers you select) and where required by law. Public apps are, by design, visible to anyone with the link.

6. Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, store credentials encrypted, and keep apps isolated from one another. No service is perfectly secure; you use AppHandle at your own risk to the extent permitted by law.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data and your apps at any time from your desk, or by contacting us. You can also delete your account.

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie for authentication and a small local preference for your theme. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll note the date above and, for material changes, let you know through the product or by email.
