Invoices and receipts

Where to find a record of what you paid, and what AppHandle does not provide.

AccountPayments Updated 2026-10-24

AppHandle does not offer downloadable invoices or a self-service billing portal. What you have instead is a notice email for each top-up and a running record of the credits and charges on your account. Here is where to find both.

The email you receive

When a top-up is credited, we email the address on your account. The subject is Top-up received, and it states the amount added to your balance.

It is a notice of what reached your balance, not a statement of what you were charged. The amount in the email is the credits added, which is what you asked for; any card processing fee and any sales tax or VAT are shown separately in the checkout before you pay. The crypto and bank-transfer routes carry no processing fee. Treat it as a helpful record rather than a guaranteed receipt.

There is currently no PDF invoice to download, and no page that generates one.

Your account record

Open the Credits dialog by selecting your balance in the Desk, then choose Activity.

  • Recent activity lists top-ups, refunds and what your apps have used, with amounts and dates. It is a recent window rather than the full record: the last 50 operations, plus metered charges grouped by day for the last 30 days.
  • Crypto orders lists crypto top-ups that are still pending, with their address, exact amount and status. A paid order in this list shows only that it is Paid; the transaction line appears on the live payment panel while the top-up is still open.

Card top-ups do not appear as orders; once a card payment settles, it appears as a top-up entry in Recent activity.

If something does not match

If a charge or credit is not what you expected, contact us with the date and amount, and we will look it up. Get help explains how to reach us.

Where the figures for your app's payments live

If your app charges its users, each payment is recorded on both sides.

  • As the app owner, open the app from your Desk. Its Monitoring & Telemetry card has a Payments section showing today's takings, the lifetime total, refunds and pending payments, followed by a list of recent payments.
  • The person who paid sees the amount in the Activity list of their own credits dialog.
  • A refund appears in both places.

How in-app payments work covers the rest.
